On the 7th May 2011, during 'The Martial Arts Show', at the Birmingham NEC in the United Kingdom, a big announcement was made...British independent horror movie, 'Friday's Child' to be written, produced and directed by Dean Meadows was officially in development as the first film from new company, Pentagram Pictures.
Already highly anticipated amongst fans, 'Friday's Child' will mark the return to the screen of legendary martial artist and cult movie actress, Cynthia Rothrock, ('China O' Brien',) who is set to star alongside enigmatic scream queen, Eileen Daly, ('Razor Blade Smile').
Other stars attached at this time include, Michael Brandon, ('Dempsey And Makepeace', 'Captain America',) Emily Booth, ('Doghouse', 'Evil Aliens',) and Zara Phythian, ('The Hike', 'Underground' - aka 'Twelve').
